What is this project?
ArteOrto is a project born from the idea to combine Art with the Garden. The project offers adults, families and school students a series of botanical-artistic trails, designed to focus attention on the various types of medicinal plants represented in the Pinacoteca di Brera collection, and connect them to the same plants in the Botanical Garden of Brera.
The project, first conceived by the Aboca company, was launched under the name Arte Horto in 2014. Since then, the booklets for adults and families, in Italian and in English, have been distributed for free at the entrance of the museum. After 2016 the original project was expanded to include new targets.
