15/9/2022 Pinacoteca di Brera

Brera/Evening Music

On September, a double date with Brera/Music, live in the Pinacoteca and online on pinacotecabrera.org.
This month returns Thursday evenings with live music in the museum rooms: third Thursday of the month, three hours of music, for three euros starting from 6 p.m.

Brera/Evening Music Hour: From 6.00 p.m. to 10.20 p.m. (last entrance at 9.00 p.m.)

Where: Pinacoteca di Brera

Entrance: 3 euro from 6 p.m.

On Thursday, September 15th, from 6 p.m. to 10:20 p.m. (last admission 9 p.m.), it will be possible to admire the entire collection and for just a few more days it will be possible to see two absolute masterpieces of the Lombard genius, for the first time exhibited side by side: the Supper at Emmaus from the Pinacoteca di Brera and David with the Head of Goliath from the Galleria Borghese in Rome.

Caravaggio - nono dialogo
“Caravaggio”, ninth dialogue (Pinacoteca di Brera, Room 28)
As always, the musical evening offers the public an opportunity to admire the entire collection, visit the renovated rooms and, of course, listen to the young performers, who will be located in different rooms within the Pinacoteca: the choice of program stems from the emotions suggested by the paintings.
The students will also be available to answer questions from the audience, in an unusual, dynamic exchange between the arts.
