Important information to visitors. General strike
Dear visitors Due to the general strike scheduled for Friday 13rd December, we announce that the Pinacoteca di Brera will close at 2 p.m. (last entry at 12.30 p.m.) and that Palazzo Citterio will be closed.

Open for viewing
On December 8, Palazzo Citterio will open to the public, becoming the new home for the modern collections of the Pinacoteca and realizing the vision of the Grande Brera. From November 12 to 22, the Napoleonic Rooms will be partially accessible to prepare for the transfer of 20th-century artworks, allowing visitors to witness the ongoing operations.

La Grande Brera al Palazzo Reale di Palermo. La seduzione del classico in mostra
Sculptural masterpieces by Canova, Pandiani, Magni and Spertini are moving from Milan after 122 years. This is the first result of a historic synergistic agreement between Fondazione Federico II and Pinacoteca di Brera, desired by President Gaetano Galvagno and Director Angelo Crespi.
