Tactile bas-reliefs

The Pinacoteca’s bas-reliefs allow you to have a new tactile experience. The project was created to make enjoyment more engaging for everyone, especially the blind and visually impaired public. The handmade bas-reliefs are three-dimensional resin translations of some of our masterpieces. You will find them set up on specially designed stands inside rooms 28, 36 and 38 of the Museum. The experience is enhanced by audio tracks with morphological descriptions of two of the three works, taken from the DescriVedendo project.
