– The undersigned agrees to deliver to the offices of the BSAE Superintendency of Milan a copy of the research or dissertation conducted for which he or she used material from the SBSAE archives.
– For the reproduction of photographs, please refer to the regulations of the photographic workshop that can be consulted on the website of the Soprintendenza BSAE of Milan
– In the case of reproduction, the undersigned agrees to cite the location of the photographs in the photographic archive, Soprintendenza BSAE of Milan.
– The regulations of the photo archive are noted:
– Scholars are allowed to consult the photo archive by appointment with the head of the archive.
– To access the consultation, it is necessary to fill out the application on the Superintendency’s website, attaching a photocopy of your ID.
– The reason for consultation should be clearly specified. Undergraduate students should attach a letter of introduction from the lecturer.
– No photographs can be taken.
– For the cost of reproduction, please refer to the regulations of the photography workshop that can be found on the website of the Milan BSAE Superintendency.
– In case of publication, scholars are required to deposit a copy of their work with the Superintendent’s Library.
