Le Musée est accessible aux personnes handicapées et à mobilité réduite: l’entrée avec ascenseur est située en via Fiori Oscuri 2 (Gardien de la Pinacothèque).
Deux fauteuils roulants électriques sont disponibles à la billetterie.
Actuellement, le Musée n’a aucun chemin tactile pour les visiteurs qui sont aveugles.
